About Me
I specialize in using EMDR to help adults heal from trauma. My role is to create a trusting space where learning, change, and growth can occur. We’ll work together to explore your story and make a plan for your healing journey.
The first time I experienced the transformative power of accompanying another person through their pain was as a volunteer on a sexual violence hotline. This experience led me to complete a dual degree in social work and public health to better understand the connections between policy, power, and individual suffering. After graduating, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including a college counseling center and a large outpatient primary care clinic. I enjoy working with adults of all ages.
I’ve lived in Atlanta, San Francisco, and Boston. I currently live in Portland, ME with my wife and cats.
